Tambong-Tambong
Tambong-Tambong is what ginataang bilobilo is called in the Ilocos and Pangsinan regions of Northern Luzon.
It’s balls of glutinous (sticky) rice cooked in coconut milk with other ingredients such as jackfruit pieces and tiny sago pearls.
