Pork Steak

This is the pork version of the more popular bistek (Filipino-style beefsteak in which the beef slices are marinated in soy sauce and citrus before cooking).

“Porksteak” is also characterized by a thin sauce and served with onions and rice. Calamansi is the name of the round green Philippine citrus fruit. 🙂
