Kwek-Kwek

Kwek-Kwek (aka “orange eggs”) are boiled quail eggs coated with an orange batter and then deep-fried until the batter is crispy.
These are a popular street snack alongside Tokneneng, which are cooked the same way, except that chicken or duck eggs are used.
Kwek-kwek can be spiced up by dipping in vinegar!
