Java Rice
Said to have originated by the Aristocrat restaurant chain in the Philippines, java rice is most known for being yellow in color.
Java rice is often paired with barbecue pork or chicken (inihaw na baboy o manok).
How to make java rice? The ingredients are steamed white rice, achuete (annatto) powder, turmeric powder, margarine, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Adjust to taste!
