Cuchinta

Cuchinta or Kutsinta are rice “cakes” with a dense, sticky texture. They’re almost like thick flat circular pieces of very firm jello.
They are traditionally brown, ranging from the yellow to orange spectrum, though in recent years, you can find such novel variants as the black ones below.
