Bopis
Bopis is a spicy Filipino dish made of small pieces of offal such as pork lungs, spleen and heart that are sautéed in onions and garlic, then simmered in vinegar.
It is good pulutan, which are snacks eaten while drinking liquor.

1 buong baga ng baboy
1 puswelong kakang gata
2 sibuyas
3 kamatis
2 butil na bawang
pamintang durog
suka, asin
PAGLULUTO
- Pakuluan sandali ang baga sa kaunting tubig.
- Hanguin, hugasan, pigain, at tadtarin.
- Hiwain nang pino ang bawang, sibuyas at kamatis.
- Isunod ang tinadtad na baga.
- Timplahan ng asin, paminta, suka at kaunting tubig.
- Gatungan hanggang sa lumambot at matuyuan ng sabaw.
- Kapag malapit nang hanguin, ihalo ang gata.
