Batchoy Sinigang

This is an unusual combination of the noodle soup batchoy and the sour broth dish sinigang. This novelty has also been called sinigang na batchoy, and the souring agent used is kamias (the sour “tree cucumber” fruit).
Batchoy is said to have invented in the year 1938 in La Paz, Iloilo.
