ADOBOKALOG

AdoboKaLog is a combination of three Tagalog words — adobo + kanin + itlog.

Adobo is usually pork or chicken cooked in vinegar and soy sauce.

Kanin is steamed / boiled rice.

Itlog is egg, usually fried in most -kalog and -silog combinations.

The difference between the -kalog and -silog combos?

SiLog has sinangag (fried rice) instead of just the usual plain kanin (steamed/boiled rice).
