Sinigang na Salmon Belly

Sinigang na Salmon Belly: Cooked, Styled, and Photographed by Mayette Garcia
Ingredients: kangkong, white radish, tomatoes, garlic, onion, ginger, and Knorr Sinigang na Isda mix.
Sinigang is the classic sour dish of the Philippines. The main ingredient is often pork, shrimp, or a fish like bangus (milkfish). In the case of the featured photo above, it is salmon.
Salmon is not a fish native to the Philippines, but it has become a very popular import in the most recent decade or two.
